After reading a post here earlier today, I got motivated and started listing some books on half.com. So far I have 84 books listed. I would love to find 84 messages in my inbox saying someone wants to give each one a new home!

I am lucky enough to have a pretty steady supply of books that cost me nothing, so it is free money to me. Can't beat that, and the whole project is pretty darned easy.
Here's hoping you get some emails coming in soon! They are fun. Most I've sold in one 24 hour period is 3 books. Let us know how your project goes.
